    We have a tanker at work, all stainless , that is just tired. And I’ve been thinking……

    Downsides – probably take hours to heat up. Would need hydraulic assisted doors. Need a CDL license and a rig to move it. Heavy, costly cutting and welding work unless you can do it yourself.

    Upsides – multiple whole pigs and cows can be smoked at once. Could go to festivals all over the country and sell a LOT of food. Would retain heat very well.

    Fuel tankers are made of some pretty thin sheet metal sadly.
